Unitec currently offers its VIP Wash Pass program as a loyalty/marketing program to be used with the Wash Select II / POS and Enterlink. This popular program offers your customers a prepaid card for carwashes, offering you many opportunities to build sales and customer loyalty. Each account may be set up one of two ways – by programming the number of a specific wash, or, by loading a dollar amount which allows the customer to choose whichever wash they prefer.

Although our VIP program satisfies the needs of the majority of our customers, we learned of several instances where customers needed increased cashless capabilities, which we are unable to offer with our current systems. These instances include the ability to link multiple devices (entry system, vacuums, etc.) together so that customers would only be using one card/system for each device and could then be post-billed. In addition, customers were asking to be able to link multiple sites together in the same city or town, for example, and share the same account.

Unitec now offers an interface with three 3^rd party interfaces, available with our Wash Select II / POS, to achieve multi-device or multi-site programs. These systems run independently from the Wash Select II / POS and it’s options. The Wash Select II / POS will not store or convey any of the accounting information, print a receipt from the transaction, etc. – it will simply enable the wash selected. The 3^rd party interfaces now available to work with the Wash Select II / POS are:

· EWASH interface option – available as an option on a new entry system ONLY (not available for retrofit). With this option, Unitec supplies an interface board and a special cut in the Wash Select door to accommodate the eWash system. · WASHCARD interface option – available as an option on a new entry system or as a field retrofit option. With this option, Unitec supplies an interface board.
