By using the marketing tips, advertising advice and artwork in this easy-to-use guide, Lazy Days identified and marketed their unique competitive advantages. The result is a more successful and profitable business with an increased number of first-time customers and lucrative programs for loyal/repeat customers. Here are a few highlights of Lazy Days’ marketing plan and opportunities they were able to pinpoint with this guide:
- By defining their customer base, profiling their competitors, and establishing their unique position in the marketplace, Lazy Days marketed their carwash as the only high tech, touch less carwash using products that protect their customer’s automotive investment and “keep their car looking like new.”
