Having loyal customers at your carwash is great- but -how can you go about promoting your business and services in a way that will successfully and continuously attract NEW customers? There are lots of ways to grow your customer base using low and no-cost methods:
• Create a referral program. Consider rewarding your loyal customers when they invite their friends to try your service. Not only will this enhance your existing relationship, these recommendations can have a ‘snowball’ effect, bringing in legions of new customers in the long run.
• Use social media to your advantage. Consumers are sharing their opinions online these days. Why not reward your regulars and new customers with specials with special online and social media promotions?
• Cross promote. Develop partnerships with neighboring businesses to promote each other’s services through signage and reciprocal discount promotions.
