Unitec's booth was packed with visitors throughout the three days of the CCWE. Our staff reports that customers and colleagues had a positive outlook on the future of the industry and seemed upbeat when it comes to what's ahead for their businesses.
Booth visitors were so impressed with the Portal's new touch-screen that they wanted to be among the first to receive these new products to be delivered in July 2011. The Portal screen setup is designed to guide customers quickly through the sales process and provides numerous marketing and up-sell opportunities. Both the Sentinel and Portal touch-screens are made with anti-reflection, anti-glare, tempered, chemically-enhanced glass for impact resistance and temperature endurance. We believe they are the best outdoor-rated touch-screens available on the market today and they have been proven in the field over several years.
Unitec Electronics also featured a new gate option at Car Care World Expo this year- the Came gate with lighted accents and visually enhanced features suiting many car wash styles. This product will be available from Unitec beginning July 1.
Site Lynx mulit-site management application was also demonstrated during the show this year. This platform brings together numerous sites seamlessly in real-time. Owners can generate multi-site codes and manage house accounts for Wash Select II, Portal TI and Sentinel.
